About MASE Clearinghouse

MASE Clearinghouse is the claims workspace in the MASE family. Practices use it to submit 837 claims, check eligibility, and review 835 remittances without treating MASE itself as the clearinghouse network.

This phase

The current product is a MASE-branded front end. An adapter routes each claim through an established clearinghouse partner. Admins can see the route. Over time, MASE plans to sign its own trading partner agreements. Until that work is in place, the public site will not call MASE an independent clearinghouse and will not publish a payer count.

That split is the point of the product today. The partner carries the transaction. MASE keeps the practice workflow: organization setup, payer mapping, readiness checks, eligibility, remits, denials, and enrollment status.

Where it is live

MASE Clearinghouse is in use at Serenity Rehabilitation Center in Michigan and at one practice in Texas. Those are the live sites this page will name. There is no published volume behind that statement.
