What you pay, and what MASE adds
MASE Clearinghouse is a branded front end. An established clearinghouse partner still carries each electronic transaction. The monthly price is for the MASE workspace around that route: setup, readiness checks, a visible route for admins, eligibility, ERA review, denial follow-up, and enrollment status.
What the partner does
The clearinghouse partner accepts the claim file from MASE and exchanges it with payers, along with eligibility traffic and remittance files that partner supports. MASE does not claim those payer connections as its own. This site does not name the partners and does not publish a payer count. Those names and counts wait until the owner confirms what may be said, and until MASE has trading partner agreements of its own.
What MASE adds on top
- One signed-in workspace for the practice, separate from a raw file drop.
- An adapter that routes each claim through an established clearinghouse partner.
- A route that a signed-in admin can see after submission.
- A readiness check for NPI, tax ID, payer mapping, patient, diagnosis codes, and charge lines before the claim is sent.
- Eligibility checks, 835 ERA review, denial tracking, and enrollment status in the same product.
- A place in the MASE family next to MASE Health and MASE EMR.
Later, MASE plans to sign its own trading partner agreements. That is a later phase. Today the public description stays with partner routing.
Published monthly prices
These are the prices already published for MASE Clearinghouse. They are monthly figures. Confirm the current plan before you start. The allowances below are plan limits for the workspace, not a claim about how many transactions MASE has processed.
A monthly plan for electronic claim submission, ERA retrieval, and eligibility checks.
A monthly allowance of 100 claims, 100 ERA retrievals, and 100 eligibility checks, plus readiness checks before submission.
No monthly cap on claims or ERA retrievals, with a monthly allowance of 1,000 eligibility checks.
What these prices do not include
The plans do not include an uptime guarantee, a certification badge, or a published payer count. A business associate agreement is not posted on this site. A walkthrough starts with the demo form. Signing in is for practices that already have a portal account.
