This page is a placeholder so the footer does not point at an empty link. It is not a service contract, not a warranty, and not a business associate agreement. If MASE and a practice sign an agreement, that signed document is the agreement. This draft does not add liability caps, governing law, or acceptable-use rules, because those clauses have to come from counsel.

What the public site is

The public pages describe MASE Clearinghouse and take demo and contact requests. MASE Clearinghouse, in this phase, is a front end. Claims route through established clearinghouse partners. The site does not offer those pages as proof of an independent clearinghouse or of a payer count.

Prices and requests

Monthly figures on the pricing page are the prices published on this site. They can change. Sending the demo or contact form is a request for follow-up. It is not an order, and it does not start a subscription by itself.

Portals and the public form

Admin and provider portals are for accounts MASE has already issued. Do not send patient information or claim files through the public form. A business associate agreement is not available for download on this website. Ask the owner through the contact form if you need to know whether one is in process.

Owner review

Before this page is treated as terms of service, counsel should write the real terms, including how the service may be suspended, what the customer must protect, and which contract wins if documents conflict. Until that review, use the facts page for product statements and the contact form for questions.
