Facts
Facts about MASE Clearinghouse
This page is the public source for what MASE Clearinghouse is, where it is in use, and what this website does not claim. If another page disagrees with this one, this page is the one to trust.
Name and site
The product name is MASE Clearinghouse. The public website is https://www.maseclearinghub.com. It is part of the MASE family with MASE Health at https://www.mase.health and MASE EMR at https://www.mase-emr.com.
What phase this is
Phase 1 is a MASE-branded front end. Staff submit and review work in the MASE workspace. An adapter routes each claim through an established clearinghouse partner. A signed-in admin can see the route. MASE plans to put its own trading partner agreements in place later. Until those agreements exist, MASE Clearinghouse is not an independent clearinghouse, this site does not publish a payer count, and this site does not name the partners.
The partner moves the electronic transaction between the practice and payers. MASE adds the workspace, the routing adapter, the visible route, and the review screens around that handoff.
Where it is in use
MASE Clearinghouse is in use at Serenity Rehabilitation Center in Michigan and at one practice in Texas. This site does not publish a longer customer list, a claim count, or a revenue total.
What the workspace does
The product submits professional (837P) and institutional (837I) claims, and it accepts CSV and XML files on the same submission path. It runs eligibility checks and keeps 835 remittance information for review. The provider portal includes denial follow-up and enrollment status. Payer mapping lives in the admin tools.
Before submission, the workspace checks that the organization has an NPI and tax ID, that the payer is mapped, that a patient is linked, and that the claim has diagnosis codes and charge lines. That is a data check. It is not described here as a model trained on outside claims.
Pricing
Published monthly prices are Basic at $60, Small Volume at $120, and Unlimited at $220. Small Volume includes 100 claims, 100 ERA retrievals, and 100 eligibility checks in the month. Unlimited has no monthly cap on claims or ERA retrievals and includes 1,000 eligibility checks. Confirm the current plan on the pricing page before you start. These allowances are plan terms, not operating statistics.

Security notes that are narrow on purpose
The public site is served over HTTPS. Admin and provider pages require a sign-in. Integration credentials stored for a practice are encrypted before they are saved. Those are implementation facts, not a certification.
